Dear Mrs. Brewster Gause Tex. July 10-

Rec your sweet letter yesterday

Was so glad to get it and the message from my dear son Joel Glenn. He wrote me on Feb. 12-1942. I rec. it April 1st 1942 is the last I had heard except the War Dept. said they had moved him from the Phillipine Is to Tokyo. I have received 20 letters so far and I sure do appreciate everone’s kindness so much. I had moved to Gause in Jan. 1942 have been writing him but ne never gets the letters I’m going to keep writing & Praying he will get one soon tho. Thanks again.
