“I want you to know that your letter brought me lots of cheer and comfort.”
April 2nd, 1944
Dear Mrs. Brewster:
Thank you so very much for your kindness and thoughtfulness in informing me of my husband’sradio message from Japan. It is indeed good of you to and the many others who did me the favor to get in touch with me about it. I was lucky to hear the broadcast myself and managed to get the entire message, but it was grand to hear from so many interested people. I want you to know that your letter brought me lots of cheer and comfort.
Thanks again for your kindness and with best of wishes to you, I am
Sincerely,
Mrs. Jack W. Schwartz
